Our ode to Australia and India with this tangy chutney that goes well as a dip with crackers, cheese
or just on its own. Made using fresh and locally soured ingredients, it’s a real labor of love.
 
Store it in the fridge, and it will last for a good six months, Once opened, consume within three
months and always use a clean spoon to scoop it out. Enjoy!!
