If you are someone who loves ordering a Biryani, fancy cooking it, or just enjoy eating delicious, authentic, and hearty Indian food, then this class is made for you! <b>In this five-hour cooking class, you will:</b> - Discover the history and origin of Biryani - Different components of Biryani - Learn about the different types of Biryanis found around India After the class, you will come away with knowledge on how to easily prepare Biryani and the side dishes that go with it. This class will also give you the confidence to become familiar with this dish which appears so complex. <b>On the menu:</b> - Biryani Masala from scratch - Hyderabadi Dum Biryani (Chicken) - Chickpea and blueberry Biryani (Vegetarian) - Zucchini Raita - Sevayion ki kheer - Dessert If you are doing a group booking for six, we can make the Biryani as per your requirement. We also cater to food intolerance, so let us know if you cannot have one of the dishes below, and we will arrange something else for you <b>Please note:</b> - This is not a 100 per cent hands-on class. - This class is not suitable for vegans, but we can arrange for a private class for you. - All the vegetables etc. will be chopped, so there will be minimal handling of common ingredients - This course is suitable for people who are gluten intolerant. - In unforeseen circumstances should we have to reschedule the class, we will notify you in advance and give you new dates to choose from.
