(* Travel Cost and Ingredients Cost Excluded) During the class, we will cover the history of Indian cuisine, techniques, and tips for cooking Indian dishes, how to make your spice blends, and personalized recipe selections based on your preferences and dietary needs. Get ready to indulge in the vibrant flavors of India with us. After the class, you will come away with knowledge on how to easily prepare your delicious meal, dal's, and or meat-based dishes. We hope this will then motivate you to add a wholesome healthy way of cooking to your home-cooked meals. This class will also give you the confidence to be familiar with spices and lentils that you can use when cooking other dishes and cuisines. On the menu: 7 courses including a Bread completely customized for you. You can reach out to us to discuss the menu before you book a class or after. The Class is suitable for people who want to learn - Advanced Indian Cooking OR have Onion/Garlic/Nut/Lactose intolerance and want to learn food that is specific to their needs. Please note: - This is a 100% hands-on class. - All the vegetables etc will be chopped so there will be minimal handling of common ingredients - In unforeseen circumstances should we have to reschedule the class, we will notify you in advance and give you new dates to choose from.
